These terms apply to use of DJ Network at djnetwork.co.uk. DJ Network is a free platform through which DJs can advertise confirmed bookings they cannot cover, apply to cover gigs and communicate with each other. The legal operator name and address must be added before launch.
Membership and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Membership is free; DJ Network currently charges no subscriptions, booking fees or commissions.
Booking arrangements
Gig listings are posted by members, not verified or guaranteed by DJ Network. DJs must check dates, locations, fees, equipment, travel, insurance, qualifications and any legal requirements directly. Posting, applying or accepting an application does not make DJ Network a party to the booking or any contract between DJs, clients or venues. The members involved are responsible for agreeing and fulfilling the booking, handling changes, cancellations, disputes and payments. DJ Network does not collect or hold gig payments.
Profiles, applications and completion records
Members must not impersonate others or misrepresent experience, DBS checks, equipment, availability or completed gigs. DBS status is self-declared and is not verified by DJ Network. A gig owner may record one outcome after the event date; a successful outcome can be shown on the covering DJ’s member profile and count toward automatic achievement badges. A completion record reflects the booking owner’s selection and is not an independent guarantee or endorsement by DJ Network.
Conduct and content
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not post fake gigs, misleading details, spam, discriminatory or abusive messages, unlawful material or another person’s private information without permission. You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm you have the right to upload any images and other material.
Moderation and availability
We may remove content, restrict accounts or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, misuse or legal compliance. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or these terms; significant changes should be communicated to members where practical.
Liability
DJ Network does not guarantee the accuracy of member listings, the suitability of a DJ, successful completion of a booking or payment between members. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your statutory rights. Any additional limitation of liability should be reviewed by a qualified UK legal adviser.

DJ Network Approved status
DJ Network may, at its discretion, award a DJ Network Approved badge after reviewing evidence provided by a member or obtained through an agreed verification process. Evidence may include references, previous booking information or other relevant material requested by DJ Network. Approval reflects only the checks carried out at the time and does not guarantee identity, qualifications, insurance, DBS status, suitability, reliability, future conduct or successful performance. DJ Network may decline, suspend or revoke approval at any time where information changes, evidence is insufficient or concerns arise. Members must not misrepresent approval or imply that DJ Network guarantees their services. Approval is separate from automatic successful-cover achievement badges. DJs remain responsible for carrying out their own checks and agreeing booking arrangements directly.
